Helen is a registered nutritional therapist, licensed to offer the Cytoplan Brain Health Programme.
This is offered as a 6 week on-line course, combined with two nutritional therapy consultations and weekly phone support whilst you complete the six week course.
The course covers topics such as diet, optimising gut health, stress, sleep, physical activity and brain training. These will include information and activities to show you how to make, and sustain, lifelong food and lifestyle choices to improve brain health.
The nutritional therapy consultations will give you the opportunity to:
- Discuss your symptoms and health history in depth
- Receive personalised diet and lifestyle advice to support your brain function
- Assess your digestion and nutrient status
- Receive some tailored supplement recommendations
Initially it can be hard to make and sustain good food and lifestyle choices. Weekly calls will give you the opportunity to discuss any challenges and receive advice and support.
